These terms and conditions are applicable to all the products and services offered by Mool Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd. (hereby referred as Mool), Registered office at A-202, GUNINA, PLOT 2 &3 SECTOR 16A, SANPADA, NAVI MUMBAI, Thane, Maharashtra, India, 400705. (CIN U72900MH2019PTC332620) and GSTN: 29AANCM0528M1ZZ and are applicable to all the users of its services and products thereof.

For Income Tax Returns (ITR) filing services (most important terms and conditions):

1. Mool offers these services on as is basis, based on the regulations stated as per the Income Tax act 1961 and the directives and instructions offered from time to time by Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). All the governing rules and regulations are defined by concerned government institutions and users are advised to visit the website [Home | Income Tax Department](https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/) to get a complete understanding of the rules and process of filing the ITR.

2. Mool at no point offers, claims, or represents any government body or institution and does not solicit, demand, or encumber upon any of the financial information or support of its users, other than the information stated on the website, to the extent to offer smooth services and support for the process of filing Income Tax Returns for its registered users.

3. Mool or any of its employees do not ask for any money, bank PIN, OTPs or any confidential information and users are advised to be aware of fraud, phishing calls, SMSes and other such malpractices and should not provide any confidential details to anyone representing or claiming to be a Mool employee, agent or representative.

4. Registration with correct KYC details is mandatory to avail the ITR filing services.

5. It is understood that once the user has provided all the personal details, bank details, investment declarations and other information pertaining to tax filing, the same is true and correct and user takes full responsibility of such documents being true, complete, current, and updated.

6. At any point, Mool and its authorized personnel, including any tax experts appointed to support the tax filing services, can demand to see the proof of such declarations, and the user agrees to provide the same. This will be applicable through the course of ITR filing and also subsequent to that, in the following years, should there be a demand, scrutiny, notice or allegation received from any government agency, against the user. The user agrees to cooperate with Mool in such matters and will abide by the law of the land.

7. The user understands and agrees that any missing information, incomplete information, incomplete investment declarations and any other lapses on part of the user may result in errors in calculation and computation of ITR and create an additional tax liability, loss of tax refund or any other financial obligation upon the user. In such cases, user indemnifies Mool and its authorized representatives for any financial loss or tax scrutiny arising out of such lapses. User agrees that in case of any such loss, the user will take full responsibility arising out of misrepresentation or shortcoming of information provided by them and will not take any legal action against Mool or its representatives.

8. In case of any delays in part or full in filing the ITR from the side of user, due to incomplete documentation, in transit documents or breakdown of services beyond the control of Mool, the liability of any penalties will reside with the user.

9. Mool and its representatives will always endeavor to ensure timely and accurate service and in case of any lapse in the services offered by Mool, it will keep the user indemnified to the maximum extent of the fee paid by the user for the said service.

10. The user understands and agrees that the extent of their claim of refund or damages will not exceed the fee paid for the services availed by them.

11. The user understands and agrees that they will not share any of their login credentials, passwords and other details recorded with Mool website, to anyone and if they do so, they understand the risks involved with cyber security frauds and will remain solely responsible for such risks.

12. The user declares that they are not copying, screen recording or engaging into any data scrapping activity on the Mool website and they will not intentionally or accidentally try to harm or damage Mool website.

13. All contents of this website, the products and services remain a copyright of Mool.

15. In case of any refunds, these will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and will always be credited back to the user based upon mutually agreed mode of payment. All communication in this regard will stay over email only.

16. These services are offered to Indian Nationals, including NRIs. At no point, a user holding a foreign passport should avail these services, else Mool reserves the right to cancel such service and may not offer any refund.

17. Mool reserves the right to refuse services to individuals as it deems fit without giving any reason.

18. All disputes subject to Mumbai jurisdiction. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

1. Interpretation And Definitions

Interpretation

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. In case of any dispute arising out of this engagement or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the city of Mumbai, Maharashtra (India).
